Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, develop performance reports, and serve as the main client contact.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations.
• Ability to drive campaigns toward defined targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as primary client contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Set up tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly and Zapier workflows.
