Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. We are seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, reporting to the Associate Director of Operations.

You will manage Meta campaigns, optimize performance, build client relationships, and translate data into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience focused on Meta ads.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while retaining clients.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and bookings.
• Manage budgets, targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; ensure lead routing works.
