Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, lead client calls, monitor results, and contribute to messaging while ensuring client retention.

This hands-on role requires coordinating performance with client success, tracking, and automation workflows. A strong emphasis is placed on clear communication and proactive problem solving across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta ads.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports before calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bid strategies, and testing.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure automations.
