Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, optimize performance, and drive qualified appointments for financial services clients.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client results, relationships, and retention. This hands-on role involves strategy development, performance reviews, and proactive problem solving across multiple

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience focused on Meta
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting client retention
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance and priorities
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals
• Manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bids, and creative testing
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows
• Resolve issues and monitor lead flow to protect results
