Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is actively seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

You will manage Meta campaigns for a portfolio of financial-advisor clients, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable performance. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be the primary contact for clients, translating data into actionable recommendations and ensuring retention, renewals, and referrals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
