Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client relationships and campaign performance from strategy to execution in a growth phase.

You will manage Meta campaigns, lead client calls, and translate data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth prospects. This hands-on role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and focuses on retention, renewals, and results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to meet defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Monitor budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing.
