Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, coordinate with clients, and drive performance and retention in a hands-on role.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and are accountable for client results, relationships, and retention. This is a growth-focused position in a performance-driven agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and cover performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bidding, testing, and campaign variables.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and improve results.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversions.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
