Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy to execution. This hands-on role blends client relationships with campaign performance across Meta ads, using data-driven insights to drive qualified appointments for high-net-worth prospects.

You'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and lead bi-weekly calls, deliver performance reports, and optimize campaigns while ensuring client retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with conversion tracking and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with financial services marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead client calls.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention and renewals.
• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bids, and testing.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
