Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency specializing in performance, communications, and commerce. We seek a Paid Strategist to manage multiple mid-market and enterprise accounts, crafting high-performing Paid Media strategies for B2B tech and SaaS clients.

You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and drive measurable ROI while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise in paid search and paid social (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Strong understanding of PPC basics and bid management; able to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
• Serve as direct support to client contacts.
• Communicate with vendors and partners to align on tasks and improvements.
• Build quarterly client strategies and budgets for paid media.
• Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
