Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–8 years of experience in P&C distribution.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by targeting P&C partnerships and formalizing relationships.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distribution partners and conduct reviews.
• Lead territory sales and marketing plans, aligned with underwriting standards.
• Represent Farm Family at industry events and drive market share in agribusiness.
