Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a P&C Liability Claims Supervisor to lead a remote East Coast team of claims professionals handling liability and casualty exposures. You will ensure claims are processed in line with company standards and regulatory requirements while delivering coaching and high-quality outcomes.

A Florida license and strong leadership are highly valued. This role focuses on performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across auto, BI, CGL and related exposures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years claims handling experience in liability or casualty
• Active Florida license (5-20 or 6-20) required
• TPA experience preferred
• Sovereign Immunity experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of liability claims adjusters.
• Guide complex liability claims strategy and settlements.
• Coordinate client meetings and report on trends and performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
