Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Senior Excess Adjuster for a remote role in Florida. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve high-exposure liability claims in accordance with policy standards and regulatory requirements, handling CGL, auto, professional liability and other exposures.

Responsibilities include reporting to excess carriers and reinsurers, coordinating with TPAs, and advising on reserving, litigation, and settlements while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of

Qualifications

• Active Florida All-Lines Adjuster license required.
• Minimum five years of liability claims handling experience.
• Experience with general liability, auto liability, and complex/professional claims.

Responsibilities

• Report to excess and reinsurers on all PGIT SIR members.
• Investigate and resolve coverage issues between PGIT/PGCS and the excess carrier.
• Monitor the TPA’s handling and assist in obtaining settlements.
• Analyze claim exposures and recommend reserving, litigation and settlement actions.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable statutes and licensing requirements.
