Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Senior Excess Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve high exposure liability claims across CGL, auto, professional liability, and related exposures. This remote role supports clients and carriers with coverage determination, reserving, and settlement activities.

You will engage with TPAs, reinsurers, and carriers, ensure timely reporting, and maintain current knowledge of liability statutes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida All-Lines Adjuster License (5-20 or 6-20).
• Minimum five years handling liability claims with strong performance.
• Experience with general, auto, professional liability claims.
• Experience handling Public Entity claims.
• Industry designations such as AIC or CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to excess and reinsurers on all PGIT SIR members.
• Investigate and resolve coverage issues between PGIT/PGCS and the excess carrier.
• Monitor TPA handling and assist in obtaining settlements.
• Handle claim reporting per client and PGCS policies and procedures.
• Analyze claim exposures and advise on reserving, litigation, and settlements as warranted.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of claim activity.
