Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Liability Associate Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve first-party automobile physical damage and third-party liability property damage claims in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This remote role requires Florida licensure or eligibility, strong investigative and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple claims while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of first-party physical damage and liability claims experience.
• Florida claims adjusting license or eligibility.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Investigate first party physical damage and third party liability claims to determine coverage.
• Review accident reports, repair estimates, and related materials.
• Conduct interviews with claimants, insureds, witnesses, and others.
• Analyze policy provisions to determine claim applicability.
• Issue payments per coverage and policies.
• Maintain claim reserves and file diaries.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and others.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and insureds.
