Qualifications

• Active Florida All-Lines Adjuster License (5-20 or 6-20).
• Minimum of five years handling liability claims and subrogation with strong performance.
• General liability, auto liability, complex and professional liability claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate liability claims promptly and thoroughly with relevant parties.
• Analyze exposures and determine appropriate settlement strategies with cost efficiency.
• Lead or participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials with defense counsel as needed.
• Maintain reserves, ensure compliance with policies/regulations, and communicate status to clients.
