Job summary

Davies North America is seeking an experienced Liab ili ty Claims Supervisor to lead a team handling liability and casualty claims in a dynamic insured environment. You will supervise adjusters, provide technical guidance on BI, CGL, and auto claims, and ensure alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing staff development while maintaining high service levels and timely claim resolutions for our diversified portfolio.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license (5-20 or 6-20) required.
• 5+ years of liability, casualty, or BI claims experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• TPA experience highly preferred.
• Sovereign Immunity and excess reporting experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of liability claims adjusters and provide mentorship.
• Review high-exposure or complex liability claims and guide strategy.
• Approve settlements within authority levels and ensure accurate reserves.
• Collaborate with clients, legal, vendors, and internal teams to resolve claims.
