Davies North America is seeking an experienced P&C Liability Claims Supervisor on the East Coast, remote from home in the United States. You will oversee a team handling liability and casualty claims, including Auto and BI, ensuring service and regulatory compliance while supporting claim resolution and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical guidance, and ongoing staff development with performance reviews and workload distribution.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of claims handling experience in liability, casualty, or bodily injury claims.
• Must have an active Florida license (5-20 or 6-20).
• TPA experience highly preferred; knowledge of Sovereign Immunity and excess reporting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support a team of liability claims adjusters.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to adjusters handling liability claims.
• Review high-exposure claims and provide guidance on strategy and resolution.
• Approve settlements within assigned authority levels and ensure proper reserves.
