The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with active P&C licensing and strong analytical and communication skills. Salary is competitive with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain technical competence and insurance industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with accurate data.
• Keep the team informed on workload status and issues.
• Deliver proactive service and uphold IOA values.
