The role emphasizes retention, renewal negotiations, and accurate policy administration across carrier interfaces. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management (or 5+ years in insurance), an active P&C license (CIC or equivalent preferred), and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in insurance or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks, resolve complex issues, and ensure accuracy.
• Lead the account management team on daily activities and performance.
• Monitor policy expirations, renewals, and billing; prepare submissions and negotiate coverages.
