Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to support the IOA - Los Angeles team. This remote-friendly role handles account administration, service, policy management, billing, and renewals while safeguarding against errors.

A P&C license and PT hours are required. The ideal candidate excels in communication, organization, and problem-solving and can work with minimal direction.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Manage policy expirations, renewals, billing, and coverage analysis.
• Process tasks accurately within required timeframes.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and manage accounts receivable.
