Insurance Office of America, Inc. (IOA) seeks an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines with remote-eligibility for CA, NV, OR, WA, and AZ residents. Role supports the IOA - Los Angeles team, focusing on policy administration, renewals, and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with active licensing (CIC preferred). Expect collaborative work, a strong client focus, and growth opportunities within IOA.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Independently resolve moderately complex customer service problems and manage smaller-sized accounts or those with less complexity.
• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
