Citibin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in parks & recreation and multi-property markets across the United States. This remote, full-time role requires building pipelines and hunting for new business rather than managing existing accounts.

You’ll travel nationally to meet customers, conduct product demonstrations, and develop strategic relationships with HOAs, property managers, hospitality groups, and developers.

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business from the ground up.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and networking to create opportunities.
• Strong prospecting skills across multi-location markets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and develop new business in parks & recreation and multi-property markets nationwide.
• Identify high-value prospects and decision-makers within HOAs, property management, hotels, restaurants, developers, and multi-location builders.
• Build your pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, conferences, and in-person prospecting.
• Develop relationships that lead to opportunities across multiple properties and communities.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Research markets to identify new opportunities for Citibin's products.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot and other tech to reach prospects.
• Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Travel nationally to meet customers and attend industry events.
