Job summary

Retrospec, a fast-growing outdoor lifestyle brand, is seeking Independent Outside Sales Representatives to drive new business across the U.S. and expand partnerships with retailers across bikes, ebikes, watersports, camping gear, and fitness.

You will develop strategic sales plans, nurture accounts, present a full product range, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize account success. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in outdoor or active lifestyle brands.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to create long-term partnerships.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive independently.
• Willingness to travel within territory, including some evenings/weekends.
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territory.
• Prospect new customers while nurturing current accounts.
• Present and demonstrate products across bikes, ebikes, watersports, camping, fitness.
• Negotiate terms of sale and contracts for long-term partnerships.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activity.
• Manage leads, opportunities, and sales activity through CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service.
• Represent Retrospec with professionalism and enthusiasm.
