Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across South PA and Delaware, targeting architects, builders, parks and recreation departments, schools and municipalities. This role requires a hunter mentality, strong presentation skills, and the ability to navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

You will conduct face-to-face meetings, develop customized proposals, and manage full sales cycles, with a base salary of $75,000 plus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to schools, government entities, construction firms, or architects is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in new business development and account management.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales targets within the territory.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to demonstrate value of products.
• Deliver customized presentations to key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Communicate company value proposition effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
