City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to hunt new commercial accounts and drive recurring contracts. The role combines in-person field work with CRM-driven admin, requiring self-motivation, organization, and strong communication.

You’ll earn a base salary with uncapped commissions and a clear path to an expanding book of business. Expect to spend time in the field and on prospecting calls, set appointments, deliver proposals, and close deals with recurring

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency and ability to log activities in a CRM.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to high standards.
• Experience selling to businesses and managing the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and hunt for accounts.
• Visit clients and conduct in-person and phone outreach.
• Close recurring contracts and grow the sales book.
• Use CRM to log activities and manage follow-ups.
• Deliver proposals and meet weekly activity targets.
