Recreation Resource USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Commercial Recreation Equipment to join our field team in Pennsylvania. Qualifications

• Residence in or near Lancaster, York, Berks, or Chester County, PA.
• Strong sales presentation and communication skills.
• Proven relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Experience in new business development, territory management, lead generation, and opportunity qualification.
• Experience in outside sales or related industries preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and network across parks, schools, municipalities, and commercial clients.
• Conduct site visits and deliver sales presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on design proposals and project solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from consultation to proposal, negotiation, and handoff.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Travel regularly within the territory; training provided in Kennett Square and field.
