Job summary

Oldcastle APG is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to oversee sales for the Sakrete & Amerimix product lines in the Greater Memphis area. This remote position demands excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales within the building materials industry.

The role includes maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and developing sales strategies to achieve annual targets. Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus commissions targeting $85,000–$115,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in sales or account management.
• Ability to navigate through a Customer Relationship Management platform.
• High sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with current customers to increase sales.
• Identify and prospect for new customers.
• Analyze market trends and create action plans.
• Compile dealers' sales data and interpret buying cycles.
