Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking an aggressive Outside Sales Rep for the greater Orlando, FL area. The role focuses on Sakrete and Amerimix product lines, maintaining existing business, generating leads, and developing customer relationships.

The position is remote with candidates located in the greater Orlando area. Travel up to 50% is required, reporting to the Dry-Mix Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years related experience in sales or account management.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience within the building materials industry.
• Able to navigate a CRM platform.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with current customers to grow sales and revenue.
• Identify and prospect for new customers.
• Collaborate with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and create action plans for shifts in the market.
• Prepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings.
• Compile dealer sales data, interpret buying cycles, and share results with production for planning.
• Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders.
• Perform other duties as needed.
