Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Dry Mix in the Seattle area. This remote role focuses on local dealer and contractor accounts, with significant field presence and regional travel.

You will drive growth in Amerimix and Sakrete lines, manage CRM, and build relationships while meeting revenue targets through new business development and territory expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years' sales experience in a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience in building materials industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with dealers and contractors to grow sales.
• Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand.
• Identify and prospect new customers (dealers, distributors, contractors).
• Attend industry events representing Amerimix and Sakrete lines.
• Prospect and cold-call new accounts via visits, referrals, and networking.
• Analyze dealer sales data and buying cycles.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain for forecasting.
• Manage quotes and deal structures per guidelines.
• Utilize CRM to track pipeline and activity.
