Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks an Outside Sales Representative for Dry Mix in the Seattle metro area. The role focuses on selling to dealers and contractors, expanding Western Washington, and growing Amerimix and Sakrete product lines through proactive business development.

You’ll travel up to 50% and build strong customer relationships while driving revenue growth across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years’ sales experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience within the building materials industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, & Salesforce CRM.
• High sense of urgency with a competitive mindset and entrepreneurial qualities.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current dealers and contractors to grow sales and revenue.
• Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand.
• Identify and prospect new customers (dealers, distributors, and contractors).
• Participate in industry events representing Amerimix and Sakrete product lines.
• Prospect and cold-call new accounts through site visits, referrals, and networking.
• Analyze dealer sales data and buying cycles.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain to support forecasting.
• Manage quoting and deal structure per company guidelines.
• Use CRM to manage pipeline, track prospecting activity, and maintain account info.
