Job summary

CRH is hiring an Outside Sales Representative responsible for sales functions of Sakrete & Amerimix in the remote Greater Memphis area. This role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, generating leads, and developing new business.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in sales. Compensation includes a base salary of $50,000 - $55,000 with total earnings potential of $85,000 - $115,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in sales or account management.
• Experience in the building materials industry.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with current customers.
• Identify and prospect for new customers.
• Develop sales strategies with customers and contractors.
• Analyze market trends to capitalize on shifts.
• Prepare sales projects and activity reports.
• Compile dealers' sales data for production planning.
• Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare contracts.
