Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Belgard Sales Representative to grow and maintain a multi-million-dollar Northwest Georgia territory, serving customers, contractors, and dealers. You’ll build trusted relationships and drive outdoor living product sales, leveraging knowledge and the support of a national leader.

This remote role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in sales in building materials, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in sales, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years managing multi-million-dollar territory in building materials or construction.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in territory-based roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to executives and contractors.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight.
• Home office required; field-based role with extensive travel.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain customer relationships to increase sales through service excellence.
• Prospect and develop new business to expand Belgard’s footprint.
• Strategize with contractors and dealers to tailor sales plans.
• Stay ahead of market trends to stay competitive.
• Be data-driven; prepare reports and translate dealer data into insights.
• Close with accurate quotes and credit terms.
• Collaborate across sales, logistics, and customer service as needed.
