Qualifications

• Industry experience in electrical utility sales or related sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Understanding of electric grid infrastructure and utility components.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple manufacturers and 10+ accounts.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts within the territory by executing sales plans and account strategies.
• Drive product expansion opportunities and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Improve customer retention and cross-functional communication with internal teams and partners.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and trends to inform planning.
• Engage stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and Procurement to ensure product acceptance.
• Coordinate quotes, drawings, orders, and pricing with internal sales.
