Qualifications

• Experience in sales within the electrical utility sector (manufacturer, distributor, utility, or rep firm).
• Ability to manage multiple manufacturers and 10+ accounts.
• Strong relationship-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts within the territory with sales plans and customer engagement initiatives.
• Implement processes to improve retention and increase conversion.
• Deliver market insights to support regional decision-making and forecast planning.
• Engage with Engineering, Operations, Procurement to ensure product specification and approval.
• Coordinate quotes, drawings, orders, and pricing with internal sales team.
• Conduct product training for customers and participate in relevant trade shows.
