We seek an Outside Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, train customers, and develop commercial solutions that strengthen partnerships and sales performance.

The role is remote with frequent face-to-face meetings in Central/South Florida and requires deep knowledge of grid infrastructure, account management, and collaborative sales across

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the electrical utility industry and related channels.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and territories effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within Florida and meet customers face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Client Management & Sales Execution: manage assigned accounts within the territory and drive sales results.
• Process Improvement & Retention: implement processes to improve customer retention and cross-functional communication.
• Market Intelligence & Insights: provide insights on competitor activity and market trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement.
• Internal Collaboration: coordinate quotes, drawings, orders, and pricing with internal team.
• Training & Events: conduct product training and attend market trade shows.
