Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is assisting a premier manufacturer’s representative in the electrical utility sector for an Outside Sales Manager role in Florida. The position is remote / home-office based with frequent customer meetings within Central or South Florida.

You will drive revenue by identifying product expansion opportunities, delivering impactful product training, and strengthening customer partnerships to improve sales performance and market growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the electrical utility sector or related field.
• Understanding of electric grid infrastructure and utility components.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
• Relationship-driven with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts within the territory and execute sales plans.
• Deliver product training and develop commercial solutions.
• Provide market and competitor insights to support planning.
• Engage Engineering, Operations and Procurement to ensure product adoption.
• Coordinate quotes, drawings, orders, and pricing with internal team.
• Represent the company at market events and training sessions.
