Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our ISV Sales Team. The role focuses on converting leads from ISV partners and self-sourced opportunities in the Miami and Tampa markets, with a strong emphasis on field-based activity and travel within the area.

You will maintain CRM records (Salesforce), build knowledge of our partner portfolio, and meet production targets through new appointments and strategic engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and field-based roles.
• Proven ability to convert leads to sales.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Knowledge of Automotive/Medical/Specialty Retail industries (bonus).
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads to sales from ISV partners and self-sourced opportunities.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first-time appointments (WIN).
• Stay up-to-date on partnerships and portfolio developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed.
