Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to grow Genius® solutions with small and mid-sized businesses across hospitality, retail, and service sectors in the greater Washington, D.C. area.

You will drive new business, co-sell with bank branches, and deliver compelling in-person and virtual demos to showcase how our payments and POS solutions can streamline operations. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of B2B outside sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B Outside Sales experience.
• Proven success in selling to SMBs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to spend 75% of time in the field.
• Must reside within 2 hours of the posting location.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs.
• Co-sell with branches, run live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually.
• Collaborate with your District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.
