Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive Genius® and other Global Payments solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.

You will build a strong pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking, delivering consultative presentations in person or virtually while collaborating with your District Manager to close deals in a short cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably SaaS/fintech/merchant services (1+ year).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to build relationships face-to-face and virtually.
• High energy, self-motivated, results-driven with a team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius® and Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail and service sectors.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in person and online to show how Genius® boosts operations and loyalty.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales in short cycles.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce with call notes and follow-ups.
