You will serve as the product expert, build strong customer relationships and collaborate with area sales specialists to grow market share. A company car is provided for business and personal use.

The role offers a base of $65,000 with total target compensation of $120,000–$150,000 in the first year, including commissions, and requires travel for training and field duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Reynolds’ ERA and POWER solutions at automotive dealerships within your territory.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for our core software solutions (ERA and POWER).
• Build and maintain relationships with current customers and identify new accounts to grow market share.
