Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to promote ERA and POWER at automotive dealerships. You will build and maintain relationships with current customers and identify new accounts, traveling as needed and earning a base salary of $65,000 with an overall first-year target compensation of $120,000–$150,000 including commissions, plus a company car for business and personal use.

Training is provided through Reynolds University in Dayton, Ohio, with ten courses covering

Qualifications

• At least 3 years related experience in automotive sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication; persuasive and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel 2–4 nights per month, more during training.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Reynolds' ERA and POWER solutions at automotive dealerships within your territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with current customers and identify new accounts.
• Collaborate with area sales specialists to drive market share growth.
