Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to promote ERA and POWER software to automotive dealerships within the territory. You will build and maintain relationships with existing customers while pursuing new accounts, acting as a subject matter expert on our dealership management solutions.

You will collaborate with area sales specialists to grow market share and demonstrate how our suite can drive superior results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience required.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally with overnight hotel stays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with few moving violations in last 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Promote Reynolds’ ERA and POWER solutions at automotive dealerships within the assigned territory.
• Serve as subject matter expert for core software solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with current customers and pursue new accounts.
• Collaborate with area sales specialists to drive market share growth and showcase solution benefits.
• Travel as needed to client sites and training sessions.
