Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking an experienced Account Executive to promote our software solutions within competitive automotive accounts. You will serve as the subject matter expert and collaborate with area sales reps to drive market share growth and close deals.

The role requires high tenacity and strong closing ability, with travel up to 75%. You will receive a base salary of $80,000 and total target compensation of $110,000–$130,000/year including commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in sales
• Automotive retail dealership experience (required)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Ability to close sales
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to travel, with hotels stays, up to 75%
• Superb time management skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of Reynolds’ products within competitive accounts as an Account Executive
• Serve as the subject matter expert for core software solutions and work with area sales representatives
• Drive market share growth and demonstrate how solutions deliver superior results for car dealerships
