Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Active adjuster license where applicable
• Two years auto physical damage appraisal experience or equivalent
• Proficient in claims management and estimating software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage via thorough on-site or virtual inspections.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
• Evaluate and settle vehicle total losses by determining actual cash value.
• Negotiate repair costs and settlements with body shops and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and keep owners informed throughout the claim lifecycle.
