The role requires coordinating with scheduling colleagues and service reps, with strict adherence to scripts and CRM updates. Working within a call center team, you’ll maintain accurate notes, plan callbacks, and ensure timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in phone outreach, call center, or appointment coordination preferred.
• Familiar with call scripts and structured needs assessment to identify next steps.
• Ability to build rapport and explain information clearly by phone.
• Write concise notes to support effective handoffs between colleagues.
• Comfort with phone queues, updating CRM entries, and checking availability.
• Exercise sound judgment when handling personal data and preferred contact methods.
• Own a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Available for 40-hour weekly commitment with flexible shift times.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review outreach requests in a CRM, verify contact details and notes.
• Place outbound calls using a call-center system, confirm reach.
• Follow scripts to determine service needs and next steps.
• Explain information from reference materials and confirm details.
• Arrange appointments through scheduling tools and confirm details.
• Record outcomes and update outreach queue for next reps.
• Plan callbacks and honor contact preferences, escalate when needed.
• Send appointment confirmations and share handoff notes.
• Maintain quality with accurate data and timely follow-ups.
