Sales Match is seeking a Phone Outreach Specialist to manage outbound outreach, verify details in CRM, and schedule appointments with clear information. This fully remote role is based in Georgia and requires a 40-hour week.

You will follow scripts, record outcomes, and coordinate with scheduling and service reps to ensure timely follow-ups. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of phone outreach experience and strong communication skills, plus a quiet home workspace and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of phone outreach or call center experience preferred.
• Familiar with call scripts and needs assessment to identify next steps.
• Ability to write concise notes for effective handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Review outreach requests in CRM, verify contact details and notes.
• Place outbound calls using a call system; confirm intended contact.
• Follow scripts to determine service needs and next steps.
• Explain service information and avoid guessing when clarifications are needed.
• Arrange appointments via scheduling tool; confirm details.
• Record outcomes and update outreach queue for next reps.
• Plan callbacks and honor stop-contact requests.
• Escalate unclear requests to team lead with context.
• Send appointment confirmations and handoff notes.
• Maintain quality with accurate info and timely follow-up.
