Job summary

Talentoma is hiring for a fully remote customer support associate in the United States. The role handles inbound calls, schedules appointments, and collaborates with support colleagues to resolve routine inquiries. You’ll work under a team lead, with shifts varying and a 40-hour weekly commitment from Texas.

You will use Talkdesk, HubSpot, and Freshdesk to manage customer interactions, tickets, and follow-ups while ensuring accuracy and clear communication with callers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience preferred is a plus.
• Ability to navigate call controls and CRM while assisting customers.
• Proficient keyboard entry and detail-oriented data capture.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with clear answers and appointment assistance.
• Assist customers and route to appropriate teams when needed.
• Capture requests and update service tickets in the CRM and support tools.
• Verify contact details and schedule follow-ups with accuracy.
• Provide consistent information within approved guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the customer service lead when required.
• Maintain timely, professional communication and tone on calls.
• Document interactions and outcomes for quality assurance.
• Support teammates with scheduling and information sharing.
• Adhere to remote-work guidelines and shift requirements.
