Job summary

Talentoma in the United States is seeking an Outbound Call Coordinator to join the appointment setting team. The role handles outbound outreach, coordinates with prospects and sales reps, and ensures smooth handoffs without negotiations.

This fully remote position is based in Florida and requires a 40-hour week, with varying shifts. The coordinator uses RingCentral, Salesforce, and Google Calendar to organize calls, track outcomes, and prepare handoffs, while maintaining accurate contact details

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Approximately 1–2 years of outbound calling or appointment setting experience preferred.
• Experience organizing contact queues and tracking call outcomes.
• Understanding of basic lead qualification and approved outreach information.
• Ability to learn named phone, CRM, and scheduling systems with consistency.
• Clear spoken and written communication for explaining meeting purposes.
• Strong prioritization and calendar coordination to avoid conflicts.
• Reliable home workspace with high-speed internet and 40-hour weekly availability.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work centered on outbound outreach and appointment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming outreach requests and queues, verify purpose and details, and organize calls.
• Arrange outbound calls through RingCentral using approved introductions and preferences.
• Explain meeting purpose, answer basic questions, and determine interest in an introduction.
• Ask qualification questions about business needs and document responses accurately.
• Update contact profiles and call outcomes in a CRM for team continuity.
• Coordinate availability through scheduling tools, checking attendee details to prevent overlaps.
• Send appointment confirmations and prep details via approved channels.
• Organize callbacks, reschedules, and cancellations per team procedures.
• Escalate unclear questions or scheduling obstacles to the outreach team lead with context.
• Review outreach quality and close or hand off items as appropriate.
