Job summary

Oasis Health Partners is seeking an experienced Medical Coder to support our growing remote Revenue Cycle Management team. You will ensure accurate outpatient coding and clean claims, collaborating with providers and billing staff to resolve coding questions and reduce denials.

The ideal candidate has CPC certification and at least 2 years in outpatient medical coding, with solid CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS knowledge and HIPAA-compliant remote setup.

Qualifications

• Certification CPC is required with clinical coding expertise.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient medical coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and payor billing requirements.
• Remote-work capability with HIPAA-compliant setup.

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for outpatient encounters based on provider documentation.
• Enter and manage charges within eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Review and submit claims with accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve coding-related denials; resubmit corrected claims.
• Collaborate with providers and billing staff to clarify documentation and coding questions.
• Stay current on payor policies and coding guidelines.
• Support coding audits and quality reviews.
