You will use an encoder and EMR, maintain quality benchmarks, and manage the DNFB to minimize uncoded days. The ideal candidate holds CPC-A/COC-A certification (CPC/COC preferred) with a high school diploma and strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
